AGH! is it possible I didn’t notice this bruising yesterday or has my bra done this!?
strapping came off yesterday, I bought the m&s high impact sports bra (black with a pink zip) in a 36 DD it felt well fitting, enough cup room but tight and restrictive as my sports bras had always been pre op, but it was not comfortable on my insisions although I had bought it in a larger back size so it wasn’t too tight on them, so ive worn one of those primark soft crop tops (im wearing it in one of my pics if your confused what I mean) underneath the the sports bra as they are longer and thought it would cushion the incision site and prevent rubbing.
This morning I have some purple bruising around the insisions and on the under side of my boob 🙁 if it my bra or is this something that happens when thee strapping comes off?
Anyone elce had this ? there are so many bras out there and they are so costly that im annoyed already I need to buy something elce already and he sizing is complete and utter guesswork!! help!
