Bulbous nose job?

Really want my nose done, but all I see in before and after photos is bumps being removed. Has anyone had their nose tip made thinner?

I haven’t myself however I have seen it on social media??
I have seen a few people have their tip or nostril size reduced, go on Instagram or youtube and search that’s what I did!

Im having mine done in 3 weeks and he is reducing the bump, tip and nostrils so once my cast is off i will upload before and afters xxx

I had mine done last night it was for a bulbous nose! My boyfriend says it looks smaller already even considering how large the splint is! Also I could see the tip of my nose before as it was so bloody big! But now I see nothing xxx

Are there any updates on your procedures ladies as interested in this myself x

I want my tip refining I know its possible ive seen it on youtube and instagram, this is my nose now. Andrea Giannipatrani looks good i know that’s who i would want to see already.
