Hiya! Im 3 weeks po on tuesday, I know the nurse said the scars will be bumpy to start with, but i was just wondering when they flatten down? Theyre healing nicely, they just feel horrible lol! Xxx
Hiya, just wanted to bump this back to the top to try get an answer! I’m 4 weeks PO and mine are still bumpy but have made a massive improvement in the last few days so fingers crossed you do too! I still have stitches hanging out of mine too it looks awful x
Hey! I have too!! Ive got a tiny stitch sticking out the end of each incision lol! Theyre almost completely healed apart from that last bit at each end. the nurse said to me at the 1 week check that the stitches can take upto 3 months to completely dissolve! Hopefully they flatten out more soon then! Xx
