Burning in between boobs

So for the last 24 hours I have been experiencing burning feeling in between my boobs like where the gap is.. and around the top. I didn’t experince this with my last boob job and I’m really scared.. has anyone else had this? I’m also concerned about the gap between my implantsas it is basically nothing and I am so worried about symastia. Trying not to freak out but it’s hard..xx
