Wake up and squat, squat all day, squat before you go to sleep. Squat with a bar if you’re brave! Makes such a difference. I haven’t been to the gym for a month now and my ass has gone from juicy booty to flat as a pan cake! lol but now I don’t care cause of my new boobies haha xxx

30 day squat challenge is brilliant, I did it and noticed a difference and love squats now. If you want a big bootay though you are better off doing it with weights to build the muscle up x x

Aww love this girls, I was looking into the Brazilian butt lift instead- having fat taken from any unwanted area & injected in your botbot but think il stick to squats whilst looking into it more
