BWD larger than maximum implants I can have by 3cm!

Hi girls, I don’t know whether I am just driving myself crazy reading posts on here all the time and maybe over thinking things, but from what I’ve read so far your implants should be within 1cm either way of your BWD (breast width diameter), I have quite a large BWD of 17cm the maximum cc I can have is 600 and that’s a push, now the BWD of 600cc HP is 14cm this is the implant me and Dr Max have talked about, but after my consultation I was thinking about how I don’t want a big gap which I have now, and I understand that this can’t really be changed as such but can be lessened by choosing correct BWD, only thing is the closest to my BWD is 750 – 800cc either mod plus or HP, but there is no way those will fit in me? So I’m left with the largest possible fit of 600cc but like I stated this is 3cm difference? Really stuck with what my options are because I don’t want to pay all that money and not be satisfied with the end result and regret it, the 600cc mod plus is 2cm smaller than my BWD but I really also don’t want to lose projection which is 4.5cm compared to 600 HP which is 5.7cm projection, girls am I over thinking this or am I just unlucky and don’t have any other option? Any advise on this would really help put my mind at ease xxx

Why will the 800cc not fit hun? If youre 17cm bwd and the 800cc hp is 15.4cm? With your breast tissue on top you should get a nice projection too.

Youre like me though, im obsessing over this but its such a huge thing i dont think its bad doing so much research etc. And want to have the perfect result. Ive been looking at all the measurments too even made rice bags to mimic them. Have you tried that? Can be hard keeping them to the right width and depth though. X

@kitcat81 I don’t think I’d have enough breast tissue to cover the implant I’m a small 36C and also I don’t think he’d be able to fit it under the muscle as it’s such a large implant, then there’s the issue of sagging due to the weight of them, also this is my first BA so not sure if I could even go that big on my first attempt? This is what I think the more I research the better I don’t want to go into this blind and naive and of course I want the best possible outcome for myself, and I’m in not saying the surgeon doesn’t know what he’s doing but at the end of the day this is a valid point I’m making cause 3cm is a big difference? And also this is my body and surgery is costly and dangerous so I want to get it right the first time if possible! I haven’t tried rice bags but I’ve seen what the implants look like on me and I love them just don’t want a gaping gap in the middle of two large implants xx

I would talk to max about it. Remember he does like the natural look which often involves a natural looking gap. I would say I have a reasonable big gap but I’m cool with that they look real. But bras still push them together nicely. Talk through your concerns but I think honestly there just isn’t much that can be done about a gap. Even those saying there’s seems smaller is anecdotal and surgeons will always tell you it cannot change.

@gmb1309 I have read that some surgeons can make the pockets slightly closer to the middle part of your chest? Not sure how true or safe that actually is? I know I could do with another consultation but I have to drive 3 hours away to my nearest clinic which is a pain and expensive with petrol to keep going back and forth, just feel like I’m a bit stuck at the minute with deciding between what I want and what I will actually get, I think it’s just part in parcel with being broad and small boobed as they don’t make implants wide enough without them having to be so large in volume. Yes I’ve read it can’t be changed but if that is the case then I would like the BMD to be as close to mine as possible, but again I can’t go ridiculously big and have 800cc just for width as I think they’d be huge on me, 600cc was perfect and I think any more than 650 would just make me look silly and super fake, I just want a nice cleave and a good projection that compliments me, starting to make me feel like I’m not going to get them perfect boobs???? xxx

This was 600cc L and 550cc R HP and I think they suit me and any bigger would look silly, do you think with me having 600cc they would give me cleavage once they drop and fluff?xx

The only thing to you could maybe do in order to lessen the look of your gap as you gap won’t close Hun is go to mod plus but then you may have to go down in cc with mod plus as they have a wide base to start with and the bigger you go the larger the base would be but you would lose projection on that aswell with having such a bwd iOS imgaine your projection would lessen a lot with mod plus xxx

I also don’t think you gap is that big Hun I think it fits your body perfect I’ve seen far worse of gaps xxx

I had mod plus and really happy with the projection 1.2cm is really not much of a difference if you are concerned about hp enhancing the size of your gap, as Stacy said though you would need to check and see if you can still have 600 in the mod plus or if you would have to downsize on the cc…. I think this is a personal choice as to which you would prefer to be honest, I’m assuming this is your first BA although you mention bigger implants I’ve not read of many women having much bigger than 600 for a first op, it’s not just your breast width taken into account it’s also your breast tissue the thickness of skin and tissue, the elasticity of your skin obviously bigger the implant the heavier if your skin is not great you could need an uplift a lot sooner than expected, you best talking to surgeon about your alternative options xx

That’s what I was thinking I’m waiting on funds at the minute so can’t book surgery yet but when that’s all sorted I’ll go meet him again and just express my concerns was so excited that he offered me big cc sizes it kind of went to my head a bit and I forgot about the other things I planned on asking him, I think it’s my lack of breasts that making me feel paranoid whether the gap will look obvious if I go with HP? Only last week I was worrying if 600cc would maybe give me Symmastia as they are a big implant now I’m the complete opposite! Driving myself crazy on this blooming forum haha xx

@littlec87 Hi Chlo, I’m starting to think maybe about seeing how mod plus looks on me maybe I’ll book another consultation closer to when I plan on having the surgery no harm in trying! I don’t see why I wouldn’t be able to have 600cc in mod plus as it’s 15cm BWD and I’m 17cm, yes the weight of 600cc was mentioned in my consultation and he did mention stretch marks and possible sagging but I’ll just wear a sports bra forever if need be haha my pc said I have good skin so hopefully that will go in my favour, I know I couldn’t go bigger than 600cc as I’m pushing it as it is he will have to see on day, think the only person who can really put my mind at ease will be the surgeon and I do trust him it’s just you see and read things and that puts things in your head then you start panicking, I’m sure whatever I’ll have will be an improvement and if I decide I’m not too keen on them I’ll just wait until after I have children to correct them, it’s so much money I don’t know how people afford to have multiple BA’s I’m struggling to pay for 1 haha, my pc just said to take everything I read with a pinch of salt, hopefully all will be okay, I’m just going to put it to the back of my mind and try not worry until the time gets closer, thanks for the advice girls really appreciate it xxx

I think that size looks perfect on you and I also think your gap looks totally normal. I actually have no idea what my bwd was I imagine wide because I’m broad too and was previous small boobed lol. Definitely agree you wanna do it right I think the size looks great and I bet you’ll have a lovely result and your gap will look totally fine and normal but I totally appreciate your fears on it. Try not to over complicate things and read toooo much. I read loads too so I can’t exactly talk lol but I think you’ll be really pleased with your end result with max. I trust he knows what will look good and i think if he had any real fears it wouldn’t look good he would talk it through with you because he too wants perfection x

@gmb1309 Aww thank you, I really liked that size I think it’s perfectly big but not stupid haha, if never really heard of BWD until he measured me so I’d already thought about size and profile and nobody ever mentions BWD! Which is what you should really look at first then choose size and profile but no surprise I went backwards haha! So freaked me out and I started panicking but after these comments I’ve decided to give myself a break and just appreciate what result I come out with as it will be an improvement and hopefully they will be amazing! I’m awful for it, don’t get me wrong this forum can be a god send and the girls on here are really supportive and help loads but sometimes you come across something and then I start overthinking and applying it to myself, so I’ll take your advice and just try not read into everything so much, and I’ll have to put my faith in Magic Max hands haha! Fingers crossed xxx
