BWD & uhp implants

Hi has anyone had ultra high implants smaller than the bwd?I had my ba in October and it’s something which has always bothered me and more so now they’re all settled in place but I had 455uhp which are about 11.2 in width but my bwd was 13.5 and 14 so there’s almost three cm difference.I first had a consultation with Traynor who offered me 500hp as the biggest down to about 400hp and then saw Mounir who offered me up to 535uhp then 480 and 455 and 430. I didn’t really want less than 480 but agreed if he couldn’t fit anymore in then to do what he thought would be best.From the side they look SO narrow and thy don’t sit right in a bra or give a good look and my right implant is very flat at the front which I told the nurse at my six week check  surely they shouldn’t be so much less than my bwd?Has anyone any advice? Also my PS left very soon after my op!

as far as I’m aware UHP are only really for if you have a narrow frame?
i have a bwd of 11.25cm so to get a good size I have to go with UHP
I think BWD of nearly 14 is not over ally narrow so you would of been better suited with MOD plus
The implant should match your BWD as close as possible I think its ok to be 1cm under but no more

I’ve looked online for months but can’t find anything to say anyone has gone so much smaller than BWD. I’m only an 8-10 in tops and 5’4 with a 33″ ribcage anyway but must just have a bigger BWD. But I’m absolutely gutted at them being so narrow. When I have a bra on I either have to create a cleavage by wearing a tighter bra and then they really narrow at the outer sides of thy just sit with a gap and still look silly. I really don’t know what to do 🙁 every time I try and ask someone when chat pops up it crashes and my PS left too!

I think from what I have read you should go either just under or as near to your bwd as possible !?
I have a 29inch rib cage and wear a 32 /34 bra
What size bra do you wear !? X

I don’t eat them to think I’m being fussy because I’m not but it’s genuinely really bothering me now 🙁
I am about a 32F but it doesn’t feel right so wear a 34E but they don’t feel right either as it’s empty at the sides but I spill over in any cup size less. So its like I just put on any bra and they barely push together. Why why why did I get 455 ultra if I was originally offered up to 500 hp which have a bigger diameter 🙁 I will ring on Monday but I bet I will get fobbed off as they have money now x

If your not happy tho then ring up and see what they say but i honestly do think you look fab xx
