    Hi girls,

I know it’s FAR better to get measured professionally, and I will try the boob or bust method this weekend, but can anyone give me a rough idea of bra size based on the below measurements? There’s a few methods online and they all give me wildly different results!

    Underbust (band): 28 inches
Fullest part of bust: 36 inches

It would help me out so much!!
    Thanks angels xxx

Rough guide would be 28G / 30FF / 32F using boob or bust and then sister sizing

Its a nightmare isnt it! Im 29″ underbust but wear a 34″. Some say add 4″ or 5″ to your underbust measurment if its an odd number. Others say you can go either side so 30″ or 28″ lol.. then theres the cup with some say each and every 1″ more than underbust is a cup size. Then others say top of bust is the band size like victoria secrets do… confusing! Sadly there is no universal size…why i do not know..
I think im just going to go an try a load on in each shop i buy from when i have my surgery as they all do them differently.
Good luck in getting the right size hun x x

I measured a 32 DD on boob or bust but I’m actually a 30F I know it’s tough but just wait a few weeks and get measured properly xx

30F would generally be classed as a sister size under boob or bust ways- no matter where you get measured you’ll never find the ‘perfect size’ as all manufacturers are different. However the old plus 4 method is based on 50’s style bras where they didn’t use any elastic at all xx
