I’m a 28/30 back and had moderate plus which is what I wanted also to look the most natural.
Pre op I had an obvious gap and my surgeon agreed that moderate plus would close it more and give me a really natural shape.
I doubt being a 32 would be a massive issue but the surgeon usually takes a lot more than ur back/band size into consideration.
Check the image I’ve attached to help see the difference between the different profiles. I think you can defo tell the difference between hp and mod +. It also depends on where the implant is placed I.e. Overs. Unders, partials.
