Hi Girls,
I’m new to this site and that is why i do not have a photo yet and found it by browsing through google looking for advise on Breast Enlargements.
I have finally booked my surgery, 20th January 2013 with Mr Kazzazi 🙂 anyone else having it done on this date at highgate?
I have recently had my consultation with Mr Kazzai and he offered me max 300cc but i opted to the naterelles implants and they only do 285cc or 310cc(Mr Kazzazi said was way too big for my size as im only small and not even an AA 🙁 )
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar size? and can give a abit of information on it.
Thank you 🙂
Charlotte
I had a 340cc implant and was very flat chested before hand.
I weight 10st and am 5ft 3 or 4″ if you want you can add me and look at my before n after pics, will give you a bit of an idea.

Kerry: I’m not 100% sure what ones im having but they are lifetime aswell, i will have a look when I get home from work. Yeah i do not want to look stupid with massive things on my chest but i tried them in my own bra and they looked good, not too big and not too small either. I just want them to look natural.
Stephanie: Thank you I will add you as a friend when i get home from work.
Thanks Girls!
Hi girls. First time for me on the forum. My BA surgery is 19th December with Mr Traynor in Preston. I’m 34a and am undecided between 300 and 340 soft touch. I’m a runner and didn’t want a massive chest just want my boobs full again after 2 kids. In ref to your dilemma my daughter was AA and breast tissue not really formed for her she had a 285 implant and they look lovely. If she had gone bigger she risked stretch marks so be careful. You can always go bigger in the future once your body has adjusted. X
Sunnyb: I will definately be going with the 285cc. I do not want to risk any complications and I was thinking as I’m basically flat, 285cc will make a huge difference especially as I have a small frame.
I hope you do not mind me asking, what cup is she now after her surgery?
Your comment has really helped as many girl on this sight go 300c+
Hi sunnyb
I’m a runner as well, well did my first marathon a month before my ba.
Like you I wanted to look good but not to large as I really want to get back running next year. I ended up going 340 unders and I’m really chuffed so far but I know it’s early days.
Hi ladies,
I am also new to this forum and need some advice 🙁 .
Charlotte I am having surgery on the same day as you , with Dr K 🙂 so good luck to us both xxx.
I had my consultation last week, and offered final size 285cc (premium range natrelle). I am quite small, petite frame 7st, 32 aa, 5.3f. Initially was offered 265CC but felt that they were too small as I really would like to achieve C cup. He said that I cannot go any bigger because of rippling.
Any of you can recommend or have any pictures. I spend hours and hours looking for img and 285cc, but what I’ve seen and read that different ladies achieve different results – some get boobies form 32AA to B – C – even D 🙂
I really don’t want to wake up and be disappointed with B :(, as they cannot guarantee the cup size and work around the current stats based on size, frame, skin thickness.
Thank you xx
I wouldn’t worry, you’ve been told that’s the biggest you can go, so relax knowing you’ve done all that you can, there is nothing else you can do unless you eat a load and put on a few stone in weight 😉 so relax and enjoy whatever size they turn out to be as you’ve gone as big as you can.
Don’t worry about bra’s and frankly you won’t it’s awesome having boobs for the first time 😉
I have 385 hp partials. Responsive natrelle implants 🙂 x
I had 225 & 255cc (as one boob slightly bigger than other) and I’m wearing a size 36C sports bra at the moment. This was the biggest my surgeon would offer me. I told him I wanted them to look as natural as possible and that I wanted to end up a c cup. X
Hi, I had 295cc unders high profile was 32b 10st size 12 5ft 8
Can add xxxxxx
Hey ladies, I had 310 naturelle soft touch on Monday. I’m 5’4, 50kgs and was 32a before. I’ve a couple of pics up that we’re taken straight after that you can look at, I was worrying they would be too big but if anything I would like them to be bigger! Obviously it’s still early days and still strapped up so hard to tell! X
Hi ladies,
Many thanks for your lovely replies. I think it’s just too much reading making me think about size and implants. That’s it will go with Dr K experience , and I am sure will turn out ok 🙂
Minisha are you happy with your results ?
Also ladies, any recomendations regarding sport bras. Confused with choices 🙂 xx
Hi girls
I was 7st7, 5ft 3 empty 32a/b after breast feeding. Said to mr traynor I wanted to be a c cup, offered 230/260/300 and chose 265 soft touch, had op on sep 12th, now wearing a 32dd/34d as a rule, though sometimes a dd is too small! I lived in tescos sports bras after op, still wear them to sleep in, comfy and v cheap! Lots of girls on here have 300+cc and talk about wishing they went bigger but I am so glad I chose 265 and I know my body couldn’t have taken bigger. They look natural but I’m still getting used to them! As a lapsed runner (done the great north run but not run much in the last couple of years) I am looking forward to getting back in to it in 2013 and am glad my newbies aren’t any bigger, one of the few perks to being flat chested was running was so comfortable!
Hi,
Im not sure if this post is still open as it was from a few years ago but hoping someone might still respond :p (new to the site!) Ive had my initial consult with the surgeon and I’m going with the Nutrelle inspira high profiles and he initially said 240cc but I felt this was too small as Im currently a 32A/AA and hoping to achieve at least a full C, maybe small D look (yet still natural-ish looking if possible – from what Ive read on other sites with implants in reality they tend to look smaller than they actually measure?). He then said he could go to 255cx but I’m thinking I could push it to 285cc… Im quite petite, 5.3f and about 45kg… Any advice on whether the 285cc might be better than the 255cc?
Thanks! xxx
