Can anyone help me about wetting dressings??

So I had my 1 week dressing changed to little ones and she said still try and avoid getting them wet but it’s just Impossible when washing hair etc. did anyone else just get them wet not the first big dressings the second little one if you had them xxx

My nurse when she changed mine said to not get them wet for 3 days and then I was allowed to have a full shower! I bent over in the shower and did my hair that way xxx

Hey Hun if it’s the steri strips just dry them softly with a hair dryer after 🙂 x

May I ask how you all found having your first strapping dressing removed?? As I’m rather tickle stomached:(
