Can feel fluid moving around in one boob for a few days 5wpo is this normal?

Hi girls I am 5 weeks post op and have this fluid like feeling in my left boob… I have had it for about 4 days now.
Feels like a sloshing sensation or liquid moving. Is this normal for 5 weeks post op ? It is kind of behind the nipple area and slightly off towards the cleavage area. I don’t seem to have any swelling, I can’t hear the fluid either I can just feel it inside my boob.
I feel it when I am walking down the stairs or bending over, so not when I am sat still or walking normally really. I’m guessing it’s likely normal it just feels a bit gross. It’s only in my left boob!
