Can feel right implant

I can feel my right implant inside me sometimes. It’s a very weird sensation and feels quite bruised at the top toward my armpit. They have both dropped pretty evenly. However, when I sit down I can sometimes feel my implant and have to almost re-arrange it !!! Anyone else has this ??
