can i get finance?

Hi i really want a breast enlargement but think i will have trouble getting finance and i cant afford to pay for it. Basically i am married to a self employed musicain and i myself dont work. we own our own home and have

i got my loan through hfc banking (beneficial finance)
they were really helpful as i have no credit rating hardly i was turned away by a few places but these people are really nice and didnt hesistate to give me a loan
i know mya have an offer on at the moment i think
