Can I keep this a secret?

Hi everyone I’m booked in for BA on 20th December. I’m a bit nervous about the actual surgery but to be honest I’m more worried about life afterwards. I’m only going for small implants, either 220 or 240 cc (still undecided) cause I really don’t want anyone to know I’ve had this done. I don’t want big boobs, just want something there! Is it actually possible for me to have this done without telling people?has anyone done this? Gary traynor is doing my op and he has recommended high profile overs which I’m scared about as I thought overs were supposed to look more fake!? Does anyone have either of these sizes? Do overs look bigger than unders? Help! Xx

Overs look neither fake nor natural unless you ask for the look you want, and your surgeon will create that look for you. Iv had both unders and overs, and they both looked natural (despite the problems iv had and having)
As your having small implants, it’s easy to hide the fact, just wear super padded bras up until your op, or say you have ‘changed pills’ so it’s made them grow slightly xx

It’s nobodies business but your own so you dont have to admit it either way!. about 150cc is about a cup size so its doable… Joannabella’s advice is spot on!! good luck sweetie xxxxx

I’ve had 605 overs and although I don’t live near my sisters I havnt told them iv had a boob job! When I seem them I just wear a hoodie or put up with some pain to squash them in lol 240 will be a fluke and u still get your boobies 🙂

Thanks girls 🙂 I already wear super padded bras anyway so no problem there! Do overs look bigger than unders? I’ve heard they do but not sure if its true. I just need to choose between 220 and 240 now although there’s not much difference probably! Xx

I think it depends sometimes overs do look fuller than unders but I have 460cc unders and to me mine look pretty much the same as same size I’ve seen in overs, each girl varys so they all come out all different xxx

I’m keeping mine a secret too. I have been wearing baggy clothes and padded bras…. Also booking into a hotel for a few days post-op to buy some privacy and time to recover! I like the pill tale though, clever!

hey chick, I had 460 unders (XHP) – live in Cyprus at mo and the only time anyone noticed I had them done was when I was in a bikini or tight top… at work not a single person has noticed! lol just wear loose tops and you will be fine. xx goodluck

All I can say is that I’ve been completely open about the fact that I was having a boob job and nobody has had a problem with it (not to my face anyway…I’m a bit feisty!). I’ve gone from an empty C cup to 30H. When I went out with some friends last weekend I wore a strapless lycra dress and no bra. One of my mates actually said, “so, did you ever have that boob job?” I was stunned into silence for once!
Don’t worry, it’s very unlikely that anyone else will either notice or have the nerve to mention it. Only you will ever know that your gorgeous new boobs weren’t always there!

Thanks everyone I feel a bit better about it now! 🙂 still nervous and worried about getting the right size but I feel confident that no one is going to point and stare when I go back into work ha! Just want to get it done now should be a good Christmas present! Xxxxx
