Can I sleep without the sports bra on?

Hi ladies, I’m 3 days post op and still have bandage on mine, just wondering if any of you have been sleeping without the sports bra at this stage? x x

Hey hun I think you can 🙂 I’m 6 days post op and spoke to my nurse a couple of days ago and she said I don’t need to wear my sports bra until I take the strapping off , soo much comfier sleeping without! It!! Xxx

I really feel for you girls with all that crappy strapping typed around you I don’t know y they can’t just give a chest bands instead xx

Yes you can. Once the strappings off tho u need to keep the sports bra on x

Ohh that’s great! The bandage feels so tight to start with and my boobs feels stiff especially on the side. Thanks for all your advise ladies! x x

It really depends on what size you have. I’m 700cc and had to keep my bra on with the strapping at all times x

@Charlotte I have 350cc to be DD, do you think it will be fine for my size? I’m still sleeping upright with knees bend because I had tummy tuck too. x

They say it’s so important to keep your sports bra on in the 1st two weeks so they have less chance of sagging x

i had 450cc and slept without the sports bra until i had strapping off x

Personally I would suggest doing what feels best for you. Sleeping without a bra was just not going to work for me! X
