I have been for my 1st consultation and i am getting very excited about having implants. I lost a lot of weight and have gone from a DD to a A. I want to go to a DD ish! During the workout we do running for 15 minutes and then 40min of kickboxing 3 times a week…. Can i still do this? i know to weight until the breast have settled & i will be using pads rather than sparing so theirs not much danger of somebody hitting the breast but i am worried about them miss shaping during the running. please any advice would be great

Hey ive commented on another post about this bt i was the same i thought afterwards oh no how will i run again without me feeling like im damaging them šŸ™ so i bought a shock absorber bra and ran on the spot and i still felt like i needed to hold them so was abit upset..then i put my other shock absorber on too and boom Perfect haha!!!! Sounds silly but i wear two i ran 3 miles other day and they didnt move or bounce…brilliant lol!! I went frm an a to an f with 525 so had a big implant aswell.. u could wear two when doing other exercises too to keep them in place…xx
