Can I take off my breast band for a free hours?

I can’t imagine there’s any danger doing this is there? I cant go out and wear anything nice with it on 🙁 xx

I don’t know I’d like to know this I take mine off for like 20 mins every 5 hours ?? just for a break!! So hard to find clothes to go with it xx

Your suppose to wear the breast band 24/7 for 4weeks . I know it’s a pain and some times it feels itchy , but it helps your breasts to drop . I’m nearly four weeks PO, next Tuesday I’ can stop wearing my breast band .., can’t wait!!!

I had then breast band. I use to give myself half hour or so each night. Mine have dropped so well the nurse said so can’t do much harm if any 🙂 xx
