can I use a nasal spray after rhinoplasty?

hi all, I’m 2.5 weeks post op and been very blocked again yesterday and today. The nasal spray they gave me ran out over a week ago, do you know if it’s Ok to buy another one to use? If so can it just be any one?

I used the nasal spray that they gave me and it made my nose swell up so bad! in the end the nurse told me to stop using any type of spray and leave my nose be…which helped in the end! I would call and check hun x
