Can I wear this 10 days post op?

Hi. I’m going to my local pub 10 days post op for a few hours. Can I wear a bralett underneath a vest top? It has no wires in. My post op bra looks so ugly under clothes x

I’m not 100% but I’d probably say no as I think with unders they need that full support for 6 weeks after to help the healing process! X

Definately not, it’s so nit worth the risk, obviously it’s your choice but there is no support anywhere in that bra, your external stitches may look great but you have no idea how you have healed inside, your internal stitches are holding your implant in place, they can’t do that job on their on in the early stages hence the support bra, i wore my high impact 24/7 for 7 weeks, had no alcohol, no sunbed use, slept upright for 6 weeks im still having lots of problems, so to wear that this early on would be russian roulette, look after your investments the 6 weeks passes so quickly you would really regret it if you get home from the pub and have sudden pain and lopsided breasts xxx

I agree! I wouldn’t? Your wounds are still very weak and you’d be heartbroken if they went to the sides or your wounds opened up? It’s only a few weeks. For the sake of a few hours I’d put a sparkly top over your grannie bra. By July you can wear whatever safely xx

Ok thanks. I wasn’t sure if a couple of hours are ok but I deffo won’t risk it. Another question I’ve had a weekend away booked for the 24th July and wondered if i can wear a bikini and sit in a hot tub for an hour? I will be 6 weeks post op then? X

I would think so? Your incisions should be all healed and you don’t need to wear your compression bra after 6 weeks? I guess as long as your post ops go ok it should be fine! And by 6 weeks they should have started to drop and fluff and look gorgeous in a bikini!! Xx

You will have to be careful with a hot tub, even though you will be healed its still very early stages and hot tubs can carry and cause LOTS of infections x
