Can you choose over or under the muscle?

Surgeons look at existing breast tissue, skin type, elasticity etc. few people are given the choice to choose whic they would prefer.

Usually if you don’t have much tissue you have to go behind however if you have enough to cover, you are usually given the choice dependant on the look you wish to achieve x
