Can you take your sports bra off for a few hours?

There’s a party next week I really want to go to but can’t find nothing to wear to cover up a sports bra can you wear a none wired bra or even go bra less for a few hours?

I’m 3wks post op & I’ve got my Xmas work do & I’m going braless 🙂

Wot u could do hun is go braless & when u put it back on when u get home I’d put ur strap back on aswell just for 24hours xx

You can wear a normal none wired bra, i got one at 3 weeks for a christening an it was really comfortable and supportive an will cause you no problems at all an just a normal bra to cover up. Personally i think going braless at 3 weeks is abit careless you have paid alot of money for them an there pocket is not healed yet so they need the support of a bra even if it is just for a few hours. Going without one could cause damage to the pockets an its just not worth the risk xx

I agree with the above. I personally wouldn’t risk bra less you might think you’ll be ok but I went out in my sports bra at 3 weeks and felt SOOO vulnerable so I can’t imagine braless. Incisions just aren’t healed enough yet to risk knocks and not being supported. The yianna bra on Amazon is pretty low cut as support bras go and I’ve found lots of outfits that cover it up. I’d give one of them a go or a non wired M&s type thing. X

Lol OK Laura uve talked me into nothing out braless 🙂 but I do need a strapless support bra then so where would the best place to buy one xxx
