Can you use Arnica PO?

Hi,

Having my op next week and checking if I can use arnica afterwards to reduce swelling and bruising? Just checking in case it thins your blood or something meaning it shouldn’t be used. What else do you recommend po? I’m planning on using silicone gel on my scars when they’ve closed and palmers oil and bio oil on my skin to reduce stretch marks

I don’t know about arnica but iv been using bio oil for the last week and my surgery wont be until October. better to keep putting that on to reduce the likeliness of stretch marks! xx

I’ve been using arnica po and no probs 🙂

I’ve been using it for 2 days now my op is Sunday xx
