Has anyone had to cancel and has gone through the refund of money process?
I had to cancel vaser due to health reasons, was meant to be last Saturday. The asked for a doctor letter, which I provided. I have been calling and emailing and get no answers, eventually someone says my patient co-ordination will call me regarding this, surprise surprise she has not. I never got anything in writing about cancellations and refunds and at this point I feel like this is going to drag on and no one wants to get involved …. Rather disappointed as initially I was quite happy with them as a company …. Is there a complaints department or what should I do next? Thanks for any help anyone can give, it just feels like they take the money straight away but to give it back not so much
