cant get comfy at all back aches and boobies

Cant rest properly back aches alot and boobies when i do sit up straight,,, ive got my v pillow and im trying to keep mobile abit so i dont seize up all together ,still so tired had my op wednesday … any suggestions for comfort anyone..xx

How about a hot water bottle on your back hun?
