Can't get hold of anyone

So I think I’m bottoming out on my right boob. No one is answering the phone at the Leeds clinic or the out of hours medical advice I’m slowly losing my patient and getting soooo pissed off. The emails aren’t sending either and I spoke to someone this morning and they said they’d get someone to call me back and no one has, it’s been 5 hours so surely I’ve got a right to now panic??? Any ideas on how Else I can get in contact with them!!??

Have you not got your patient coordinators work mobile? Try that? Or I would just keep ringing the number which gets your through to the receptionist. They normally pretty good at answering cause they sit at the desk x

I did and I emailed but she wasn’t in today! Finally got through to someone after ringing non stop for around 2 hours at least !! Thanks for your reply Hun xxx
