Can't get hold of Leeds clinic ?

Hi,

I’m due to have my first shower today and can’t remember if I’m supposed to replace new steri strips after or use antiseptic wipes after and don’t know if I can wash the area with shower gel? It says online the clinic opens at 8:30 on a Tuesday yet it’s not 10am and whenever I try to ring it says the office is now closed. Feeling a bit lost as thought they’re open to ring with questions like these as part of the aftercare?
