CANT' SLEEP!!!!

Hi girls, i’m 4 days post op 350cc under. I am literally going crazy. can’t sleep properly, i slept 2 hours last night, got the V pillow but after a while my back starts to feel the pressure of all the body and it’s bloody annoying. Any advice on how to sleep better position-wise? I went to the chemist and bought sleep aid 50mg tablets. Hope they’ll help!
I am kind of pain free since today, 2nd and 3rd day are been the worst specially for the pressure on my ribcage. Hope tomorrow will be better and better cause sometimes i’m just thinking what the hell did i do.

Hi hun have u tried lying on a slope by using lots of cushions then ur v pillow on top i found that was best as my back was nicely supported
hopefully the meds will help u theres nothing worse when u cant get a decent nights sleep x

i tried already 🙁 is you lower back getting numb after a while or not? mine the day after is a nightmare.

Babe I’m finding it stressful to sleep. I’m day 2 post op and just can’t get comfy either, bums numb! But I’ve got my feet up with the v behind me and a few extra cushions. Hope you feel better xxx

I’ve spoken to a lot of people recently who had their boobs done 5-10 years ago and no one can believe we are told to sleep at a 45 degree angle! Both my mates said that they were told they could only lie on their back.

Strange how time changes these little things.

Have u tried a pillow under your knees? X

No hun mine was fine like that my bum would get numb so i put a duvet under me.. just try diff things hun maybe ur propped up 2 high? X

will try missy thanks you 🙂 fiona yes i did, it works for 2/3 hours then my bump get numb and annoying. Will try the duvet as missy said. The macom bra as well is very uncomfy sometimes i feel like i’m missing air! maybe went too big with the implants but i don’t think so, btw are 350cc so they’re not such big. isn’t it?

OMG MISSY YOU ARE MY HERO!
Yesterday at midnight i put under my butt a fluffy primark blanket and………i just woke up now!!! 9 hours no interrupted sleep! i actually can’t belive it! today is day 5 post op, the only itch that i have is the stiches one. No pain like @ the biginning at all. Can move my arms, i’m already lifting since yesterday things like glasses, plates, my laptop and yesterday night my bf helped me washing my hair.
I feel much better 🙂
