hiii girls, had my op on Tuesday and cant sleep at all, only having a few hours here and there, i think it’s cause I can’t sleep sitting up, then when I do sleep I end up sliding down my v pillow and waking up with my shoulders right by my head, not good! … how did you all sleep in a comfy position? I have pillows everywhere but it’s not helping at all! X

Exhaustion finally took over with me after a couple of days 🙂

I found that I had two pillows behind my V pillow in the day when i tried staying in bed and was quite upright, but come evening i needed just one pillow otherwise i ended getting stuck like you where you end up squished and compressed. Try less pillows behind it. It’s more from keeping you from rolling onto your side and squishing the new boobs, so as long as you are comfy quite shallow is ok I think especially after the first couple of days.

So I jut sleep almost up v v proped … I put 3 pillows sort of spread out and propped then a big double pillow thing which is quite sinky so I don’t get neck camp then I just lock them all in with the v … I wake up propped on my back with gives me sleep and pain is bearable I don’t know if it is for you being a few days p.o …. But it is really affecting my sleep … And my arse is aching all day haha heat pads are my new BFF 🙂 I’m not sure the official time u can stop is but can’t wait!

hiya girls, i’m 3 and a half weeks post op and the stiff morning boob pain is easing now. Doesnt hurt so much lying down flatter now but i soooo miss sleeping and turning onto my side. Don’t know when i can safely do that so does anyone know please? Boob still swollen and sore though and maybe we all heal at different paces xxx

Hello there it won’t last long I had sleeping tablets try calms or something or night nurse it does help won’t hurt you short term. 3 times I went though it and unders 1st time I never encountered pain like it but its worth it keep reminding your self if soon flys by try a little sleep remedy tomorrow if it helps. I have insomnia so I had to take sleeping pills even they didn’t help. Try not to think about pain boobs tiredness think of the positives when your all better how beautiful they will look & feel. Good look xx
