Hi, I have my first ever consultation on the 27th after wanting to do this for now 8 years. Something I wonder about is, after surgery even when fully healled apparantly you still can’t sleep without a bra? Something to do with you have to wear a bra for life otherwise they will change and turn out wrong. Can anyone confirm this?

My friend who had her surgery around 18 months ago doesn’t sleep in a bra, she did till up to a year. I do but I’m only 16 days po. I won’t be sleeping in a bra forever though, it’s annoying as hell lol x

you’re just advised to to stop them sagging, especially with larger implants I think. I sleep in a Calvin crop top and I don’t even notice I’m wearing it xx

They advise you to to stop sagging as the way my sugoen put it is think of them as weights if they not looked after they will sag sooner rather than later I sleep in my ck Crop or my mya bra and don’t even notice if now I had the odd night bra but tbh I prefer to something to bed now xxx

I think it all depends on the individual, the size of the implants, the surgeons opinion etc etc as Mr Netri said I don’t have to wear a bra to bed and that was at 14 weeks. I had 350cc unders and mine are so perky and pretty firm at 19/20 weeks that it’s hard to see them ever getting too saggy but a another woman with the same size implants could be completely different. Maybe when I get pregnant and my boobs change I might need some more support then!

As the other girls said, it depends on the individual.
I have had 260cc for nine years and never wore a bra EVER (not during the night or the day!) – they were still totally pert and sat very high.
I’ve recently had them replaced for 600cc and I will definitely wear a bra 24/7 now (including at night! as far as possible.
The implant is a lot heavier and as I get older time will take its toll – it’s all about gravity haha! Xxx
