Can't take my bra off!

Sorry, me again. I’m just concerned as I see everyone on here taking their progress pics and I literally cannot take my bra off for more than 5 seconds…even unzipping hurts and makes me feel as though my boobs are going to rip right out! I want to see them as I’m 3 days po, but honestly it’s the worst pain.
Is this normal? I’m not going to have any progress pics 🙁 xxx

Are you taking your pain killers?? I took my first pic 1 week post op. You will feel better soon I’m sure x

I haven’t even took my bra off or the breast band. I have my 1 week po check on Saturday and have been worried that if i take it off I might delay the healing progress. I am a worrier about everything so i know i will be over thinking it.

Have you a breast band on?

I have taken pictures from after my surgery to now with my bra and breast band on but wouldn’t know what they look like underneath.

Maybe ring the MYA nurse and ask if it should feel like they really don’t mind I even rang the other as I was asking re taking arnica and even got onto talking about bikinis. She was really nice and she said that is what she is there for to ask any questions.

Hiya kate I’m 6days p.o. I was able to undue my bra for a minute or two I’m now able to take mine off and change it yesterday I had half a bath and managed to wash my hair aswell it does get better tho last night I was exhausted and in pain so think i did quite abit more than I should so I’m taking it very easy today, try opening your bra and cupping your bust out of bra for a minute so your holding them up I found my bra felt very tight so just opening it and checking on my nipples was a release for a minute hope it goes well and chin up hun xx

I wore a Mya bra which I could lift up over my boobs and my friend snapped a picture 😉 But right now if your really sore don’t think to much about daily progress and see how you feel when it’s day 7. I did weekly pictures. You will feel better soon take your painkillers xx
