?capsular contraction

Hey girls,

I had my op 8 months ago, 300 cc overs.
Recently I’ve noticed my left boob is rounder at the top and a little harder, and I can feel the edge of the implant at the top. I also have a slight discomfort. They still move lovely but I can see a difference between them now.
I think it might be CC. What do you think?
If it’s a mild one do they leave them alone? I don’t want more surgery unless necessary. :’-(

I also have concerns about CC, ive had lots of problems with my right breast but had a more painful night than usual lastnight, woke up this morning to find it has changed shape yet again (its usualy in my armpit on a morning) but its now all swollen at the top and hanging at the bottom, is your pain quite bad or more like an ache? x

It feels like a dull ache, like a pulling sensation but it has woken me up twice now. Not bad enough for painkillers though, just annoying. I’ll attach a photo of the left one from the side x

Is it hardening up? – I would make an appointment just to be on the safe side Hun.

I know of someone who massaged her CC boob and actually managed to break the capsule surrounding the implant, so she doesn’t need surgery now, I’m not sure how easy that is to do though! Xx

I’d rather do that than have surgery again. I might look it up, if it doesn’t get any better I’ll book another appointment. Thanks x
