capsular contracture guarantee

Hi I have had capsular contracture and I am looking at getting the cc removed and implants perhaps moved to Submuscular rather than under the breast tissue, can you tell me if would be guaranteed with MYA for the 5 years for capsular contracture if it happens again and also the cost of this surgery, thanks
