Capsular contracture / misplaced implants ? Help

Girls ,

Do I imagine it or am I right ? Seeing my surgeon 3rd March for check up , but so far I am not happy with how those implants sit on my chest.
I am size 6 , 5.4 , 53kg ,
Medium profile 450cc implants under the muscle.
They should look big, but they dont, no cleveage, massive gap inbetween, olease help me

Do you have a before pic ? Because some people can have a more naturally wider cleavage then others and that’s how people can have a more wider gap
I had 460 cc ultra high profile under the muscle implants and have abit of a smaller gap then you Xx

I had very small breast before , 30a/b , I dont have any picture. I remember my cons saying I havent got loads of tissue so we need to do unders.

I am happy with size , just not with how they look 🙁 tried bras , costumes , still looking like there is no boobs as they seems to be more spread apart 🙁

How far post op are you? You might still have changing to go xx

Yeah I see what you mean about the gap
But it isn’t as bad as some gaps
Some people have smaller gaps other have wider gaps
the size looks good but is that the biggest your surgeon would give you ?
to try and fill the gap abit and bring It abit closer ?

These are mine in my sports bra my gaps slightly smaller then yours I was trying to upload a naked picture of them but its saying it’s too big 🙈

Please don’t panic! I had 400cc unders and mine looked odd for a good few months! I’m 6 months post op now an couldn’t be happier! They look a good size – not too big or small.. I had a bigger gap to begin with now it’s a much smaller gap..They still need to drop and fluff.. unders can take up to 12 months!… mine are still changing.. how many weeks post op are you? Xx

I am 4 months po and this is the biggest size ge would go for ;(

Why you’d say capsular constracture.. no point worry for such a thing, besides at least visually looks fine. There are not misplaced because of your gap. BA won’t fix the gap between the breast unless if you put way too big(but then you’ll have complications and risks). Your results look great and not small. Boob greed is mostly psychological. You look fine.

I remember saying to my surgeon that I wanted mine close together, he said that your gap is your gap and the implant has to go in the middle so if its the widest implant you could have been offered then it’s the best you can do with ur existing gap. I think they look good and dropping and fluffing will help too.

I hopecthat they will improve, at the moment whatever I wear they just look like there is no cleveage at all ;(

Awww I can imagine how you must feel not being able to get a cleavage out of your boobs I really do hope they improve for you too
Have they gone soft now ?
can you pull them closer together to try and form a cleavage or are they just stiff and don’t move ? Xx

I can but its still not as it should be ;/ maybe I should have done high profile ones , but consultant didnt explain it. I said I wanted natural look but this isnt good.
Once I put my hand under my armpit and push my breast little bit to the middle, they look much more fuller and better;(

Should I put band on ? To keep them closer or what can I do to help? My scars are not in ” fold yet” so I can still see them, but it feel that implant is lower than scars omg maybe I worry to much

If they looked any similar to those pic with band I would be over the mon, but it makes me feel that this look is only becouse of the pressure which elastic does

Hey I wouldn’t panic they will settle and sit nicely I think they look fab !!
I had 380cc under muscle and my gap closed loads as time passed I’m 10 years post op now but they have sat like this since I’d say 12 months after having them done 🙂 x

honestly think time is key mine hun but yours look brill 👍🏽👍🏽 I’m due to have my second one in April and I’m all nervous again worried about size etc ! Xx
