CC 4 yrs post op – is re-op covered?

Hi all, I’m 4 yrs post op and one implant is displaying the tell tale signs of CC, I’m waiting to see a surgeon for confirmation but I have been told MYA cover cc for 3 years, yet my paperwork says 5 years. Has this changed recently, and has anyone had a re-op after some time? I can’t afford a new op – especially annoying as I paid extra for implants that were designed to prevent this and now appear not to be covered at all!

Hiya, if it says 5 years on a contract? Then they would surely have to cover this? Even if their policy may have changed. thats what I think xxx

Let’s hope so! Managed to find the aftercare policy now on the website and that says 5 yrs too, 3 yrs is for any other revisions, so I should be covered. If the surgeon agrees that is! Thanks x
