Change in size with breast uplift

I’m hoping to get a breast uplift without implants. I’m not too worried about losing a bit of size, but I don’t want to end up too small! I’m currently a 32F. How many cup sizes do you tend to go down with this procedure?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had mine done a month ago and was really unsure whether to get implants with the lift or not. I ended up getting the smallest possible (220cc) and they are the same size as the were before – I am a 36D/DD. I’d say you go down a cup size. If I’m honest however, I wish I’d got them slightly bigger – they feel like they’re going to need another job in a few years as they’re so natural! x
