Change surgery?

Hey everyone!
So I put down a deposit which Ive learnt isn’t refundable & have changed my mind about doing the surgery, i was wondering if I would be able to use that money for something else, e.g. dermal fillers?
I don’t wish to waste £500 on nothing so I might as well use it for something else I want to fix 🙁

Hi @noura27 omg your situation is exactly like mine i paid £500 deposit then i changed my mind last minute , Because i didn’t feel quite ready mentally, also different surgeon told me different things and i was left confused. When i rang the company i was told it’s non refundable, So i decided to go for Vasor Lipo on my lower and upper abdominal. its gonna cost me £2995. But i was told by Citizen Advise Bureau as a consumer you do have a 7day cooling off period form the day you paid. If you change your mind within the 7days period. xx
