Changing my PC Started by: AmbLR

    Hi girls! I’ve had awful trouble with my PC since my initial consultation. I’ve now changed to a lovely lady called Sarah who has been so helpful and put me at ease about the whole process. If anyone else is having the same problem with Pc’s not replying or not explaining things properly ask to change! I’m now booked in for surgery on 9th May which was my dream date and never thought I would get it!!!

    @amber11 I understand where you’re coming from. My PC takes forever to message me. I’ve sent her two texts and she hasn’t replied. I understand they are busy, but I would like a response. Which clinic was you based at? x

    I’m really needy when it comes to communication if I have a question I want it answering! Now I feel like I’m getting this service I am soooo much happier and more relaxed. I’m at Fitzroy, London ?

    I’m exactly the same! But my PC (Chelmsford) rarely gets back to me so I don’t know what to do! Quite annoying isn’t it

    Ask for someone else! Best decision I’ve made so far. We are paying a fortune for this it’s our right to have a good service in return!! X
