Changing patient co-ordinator

Hi girls,
Do any of yous know any one or have any of you ever changed patient co-ordinator. Mine just doesn’t seen interest in helping at all!! I’m constantly emailing about questions/queries and she takes forever to get back. I’m worried that when it comes closer to opp or if I have any problems after that it’s going to be a nightmare if I need advice or help.
Any info would be appreciated. Also does any one have the finance pay4later contact details if I need to amend my application xxxx

Aw Hun that’s a shame but your right to do so because you need to feel comfortable with someone, my PC is so lovely and helpful so I could understand your worry if she wasn’t.. Good luck xx

I would call up and request to be changed if I were you. You’re paying for the procedure but also for their services. My PC is Jennifer at the Fitzroy clinic and I find her so helpful. She’s very to the point and always gets back to me so quickly and it’s really helped put me at ease. Can understand your worry!x

Yeah defo hun because like Charlotte said your paying for service too. Im having mr traynor hum but heard good about them all xx
