Changing your post op bra

I am 3DPO but I still have the same bra on that they put on when I came out of my op in hospital. When do people change it? I am absolutely terrified of taking my bra off, I feel like my boobs are gonna kill hahhah!! When do people change their bra and does anyone have any recommendations?

Change it anytime you like it won’t hurt to take it off. It actually feels like a relief for me to set the girls free for 5 mins lol xx

I had 2 surgical bras at 1st 1 wash and 1 wear and just swapped them over daily xx

It dosent hurt to take your bra off dont worry, i had to take mine off so i could have a look because i loved them so much 😀 it does feel alittle weird like but dosent hurt, i had two bras so i could swop them over as you feel abit more fresh when you put a clean one on, i use to take mine off aswell to clean my arm pits and stuff xx
