Hi everyone. Im booked in for my BA in august in preston. Just wondering if my mum or boyfriend (whoever brings me) can they stay all day until i leave? Im a day case. Thanks xx
Hi Laura – my mum and dad stayed with me all day. It’s MYA policy apparently that they wait in the waiting room while you have your actual op, but they can come back up straight after. You can definitely have 1 person anyway, if you want a second person it’s the nurse’s decision is what I was told. xx
yeah my boyfriend stayed in my room while i went until surgery and was allowed to pop in and out for food whenever he needed to 🙂 he only had to come out for a couple of minutes when they wheeled me back after surgery and helped me into bed and sorted my drip xx
