Charged more money, help?

Can any girls help, I have been charged a extra £75. I don’t know if I am being dumb but I am unsure if it’s actually MYA who has charged me or its interest because I paid on a credit card. I have the receipts of what they said they took etc but on my bank statement i have been charge more. I can’t seem to get in contact with them either the phone just keeps bloody ringing?

You get charged for using your credit card it’s like 1.4% or something so it works out just right xx
