Checklist !!!

Anybody got a checklist or useful items needed for after op? Also any recommended sports bras? 🙂 x

Just had my op yesterday and took the following:

Wet wipes
Spare knickers
Easy to put on tracksuit
Magazines
iPad
Slip on plims
Hair tie with no metal

And leave all valuables, jewellery (including piercingly) at home.

yep I agree with marina but if your mobile battery is anything like mine take your charger.

I found a bottle of water with a sports cap handy as would have been a mission sitting up every time I wanted a sip of water straight after my op x

Button up pjs/top, snacks 🙂 x

Did any of you ladies buy scar cream or anything like that? Xx

I never.

Nope. Was told not to bother by my nurse as you shouldn’t put putting anything in the scars at all.x
