CHECKLIST

Hiya Girls!
I was just wondering if anyone can help me out/double check i’ll have everything I need whilst I stay in the hospital over night. Or anything they can recommend I can take in?
Also, i was really keen to buy some bras over the weekend to get me prepared but i have been advised my surgeon will put me in a Foam bra so i won’t need one for a couple of weeks – has anybody else had this? Thanks x

I took –
Dressing gown and button up pjs
Slippers
iPad and magazines
Phone/ charger
Post op bra and change of underwear
I took a small bag of toiletries; deodorant, toothbrush and paste, baby wipes, etc
Little brush and bobbles with no metal in
Vaseline or lip balm as your lips will be quite dry.
I now swear by my travel neck pillow! I got one from amazon, it’s pink memory foam and comes in a little bag with earplugs and a face mask.
My v pillow is also a lifesaver – I had that and a blanket in the car for the journey home

I travelled in trainers, leggings and a zip up hoodie.

I’ve never heard of the foam bra! I may have to have a google.

I can’t think of anything else right now… but I barely even opened my bag on op day, but if you’re staying over it may be different xxx
