Chest bands

Does anyone know how tight the chest band has to be?? Xx

Throughout the day I loosen & tighten mine … Was just told there had to be some pressure to it but not uncomfortable

I had mine pretty tight for the first few days then just enough to feel some pressure like Zoe said xx
