Choosing implant size?! 400cc, 450cc, 500cc?!

I’ve posted about this before but I’m a big 34B, I have one 34C bra that gapes a little bit. My surgeon has recommended me 500cc but I think that’s going to be too big. I’ve been trying out different size rice sizers (pictures attached). I want to be roughly an E cup, F maximum. Don’t really want to be bigger than that but I’m having such trouble deciding!!

Defo think you could get away with the 500. Last thing u want is to spend all that obey and wish you’d gone bigger. You only ever here girls moan the are too small never too big. I would take my surgeons advice.

I have 600cc today Hun and mr traynor said between 500cc and 600cc isn’t much different in size about a cup size I had a mini panic today befor having surgery worrying for then being to big and wants to change to 500cc but he put my mind at ease and resurred me they would be perfect and he was right they look ???? n proportion and soo nice I’d say go with the500cc Hun you won’t be disappointed xxxx

Hi I had 450 but if I had the choice again I wish I’d pushed for 500. I went through a stage where I thought they were to small but I’m happy now at 10 weeks post op and feel they’ve dropped and fluffed a bit. I’m a size 10/12 and wearing a 34E now which is starting to feel a bit small. If I was you I’d go with the bigger but I think 500 would get you bigger then an F considering your a big B to start xx

People say that implants measure bigger than they look so Id say go for the bigger size they don’t look too big in your pic they suit u…. Im 8/10 top and 12on bottom and im haveing 450cc from a small 34b xx

I was a 32B before. I had 375cc and now I’m a 32FF lol. Wouldn’t say I look it though xx

Hiya huni I was a 34a and a size 8/10 and I had 400cc overs and I’m 4 week post op now I’ll attach a photo! I don’t think mine are big at all so I would go the 500cc defo! Xx

Georgia, I would say go for the biggest one (500), I’ve seen a lot of girls in here say they would have preferred to have gone for slightly bigger 🙂 xx

@georgialucianna hoe did you manage to do the rice sizers?

I’m booked in 25/06 for surgery and meeting with consultant again 2 days before to confirm nice and want to be 100% I am happy with what he suggested

@kiymetli you cut the foot off an old pair of tights and fill them with dry rice (1cc=1gram so 500cc is 500grams etc) then tie them. I put mine into a Calvin Klein style sports bra and then I bought a really cheap underwire bra in primark for £2 in the biggest size I could find and put that over the top of the sports bra. I found this was the best way to keep them looking round and in position xxx

Hi I was a 32b I had 450cc hp round and now I’m measuring a 32f wish I was an e though lol after an e the bras start to get really nunty looking xx

@georgialucianna thank you ???? I’m sat here with rice bags in my sports bra ???? Trying to see what I feel comfortable with.

Have you tryed a 34e Maria? Also ive seen nice bras online in F cup as looked into this before deciding on wat implants to have, im having 450cc also, places like boux avenue and brands like curvy Kate have some lovely bras, I like the balconette style best but just google f cup bras if u haven’t all ready, they are a bit more expensive but I think after paying for a BA you need to get a good supporting bra xx
