Cleaning after rhinoplasty

I had my open rhinoplasty weds and today on one side of my nostrils the blood has completely dried up so my nostril is blocked should I clean it if so how do I go about it?

I left the blood there for 10 days and then I felt I had to clean it. I have stiches in my nose so I had to be very careful. Sounds disgusting but it came out when I picked the blood and it just fell out. Try to leave it as long as possible until you clean it 🙂 x
