Cleaning and bad smell

Can I clean the dry blood on the edge of the inside of my nose near the opening? Or do I have to leave it…? I think it’s that that’s causing an absolutely awful smell and taste cos of the build up! My nose is rock solid because of the dry blood blocking up both nostrils 🙁 can’t even breathe through my nose as its so blocked with dry blood! I’m just worried that I might get an infection if it’s left? Any help would be good 🙂 thank you!
