Cleaning incisions??

Had dressings off today they really need a good clean should I clean them? I can have a shower now will salon spray sting? I’m 7 days post op xx

I was told not to put anything on or near incisions till 6 weeks post op and to use sanex 0% fragrance free shower gel to wash my top half of body, my nurse said to let water trickle over breasts but not wash anywhere near incisions until 6 week post op if she was happy with the incisions healing!
