Clear gel polish allowed or not??

So I’ve got my op in 26 days and I’m really excited!! This is my second BA. I can’t remember anything about the first one at apart from having to take all my piercings out. Will I be okay with clear gel polish on my fingers, the nurse said to take it all off but is that just so they can see the circulation and nail beds? Hence debating if clear polish is okay…

No hun even clear you have to take off

It’s to do with the monitor they use on your finger to detect oxygen levels whilst your under GA. I would take it off.
